Lipsi little fishermen's port
Lipsi is a small island and has 21 sq. kilometers, situated between Leros and Patmos, it is ideal for quiet holidays. It has single settlement built on a low hill around the port.
There you will come across the island's cathedral St. John Theologos which also houses the ecclesiastical-folklore museum. As one walks around the picturesque lanes one gets to know the whole village. On can take short walks to discover the beauty of the natural environment, enjoy the wonderful views of the blue sea and the inslets of the Aegean Sea with its crystal clear and unspoilt sandy or pebble beaches. There are reasonably extensive roads on the island and it is possible to rent motorbikes in order to get to know the whole island. There are daily tours with small boats that take visitors to the neighboring islets of Arki, Marathi and Tiganakia. One can discover unique beaches and caves swimming at each stop while soaking up the sun on the tour.
At the restaurants and tavernas fresh fish, local goat meat dishes may be accompanied by organically grown vegetable dishes. Other locally produced products are cheese, wine, olive oil and honey, all organically or home made.

- PANAGHIA TOU CHAROU (Lady of Death) - built around 1600 the church was named after the original icon of Virgin Mary holding the Christ not as an infant but crucified. The church celebrates on August 23rd and for the locals this day is celebrated at the two piazzas of the village with traditional food and music.
- Wine Festivities taking place in August with free local wine and local folk music/dancing
- Throughout the summer there are musical/theatrical/cultural events taking place
