You can travel to Lipsi from  Patmos  by ferry boat to Patmos or Leros and then on to Lipsi by local boats or Flying Dolphins, daily.

One may choose to travel by aeroplane to Leros, Kalymnos, Samos or Kos and then to lipsi by Flying Dolphins, katamaran or local boats the same day.

There are daily connections from Lipsi to Patmos, Leros, Kalymnos, Samos and Kos and 2-3 times a week connection to Rhodes.
